Ok, last night we learned that the real world time is 12/24/04. So, how does that corrolate with island time? When did they crash? How long have they been on
the island? If there is a time difference, did it start when the arrived? Or when the hatch blew?

I thought only a couple of months had passed on the island something like 3 months? Is that right?

The crash of Oceanic 815 took place 9/22/04 real world time. Faraday told Jack and Juliett that their perception of how much time had passed since the chopper
left the Island and how much time had really elapsed could be quite different. I am not sure if that reflects a difference in time or the perception of time.

Sayid wasn't surprised when he saw the calendar, but part of me still thinks time is going to be a huge deal in all of this. Aging is a definite island mystery, and typically that relates to the passage of time. Richard Alpert looks like he hasn't aged at all and Alvar Hanso is officially older than dirt but only looks to be 55 or so, yet Walt seems to be alive and growing somewhere on the island. Has anyone noticed Aaron looking especially young or old for his age? Just curious...

So, if they have been there only 3 months real world time. Time must be much faster on the island than in the real world. Because they have definitely been there for more than 3 months. I think they covered about that much time just in season 1.

well wikipedia says there were 44 days in the first season, 22 in the second, and 26 in the 3rd. I believe they crashed September 22 2004 so what does that
leave? oh but then there have been at least a few days this season as well. but as said before there is that whole time difference issue.

If they crashed on 9/22/04 then it would be like 93 days since the crash. I am somewhat doubtfull about those number from Wikipedia. Did it happen to cite the
source of that information? Season 1 sounds plausable. Season 2 sounds doubtful to me. Seemed like they were in that hatch for more than 3 weeks. How far along
is Sun's pregnancy? Didn't they mention it in one of the eps? She did get knocked up on the island. So that would help pin down some time.

Didn't Jack say he couldn't believe it was over 90 days since he watched a Boston Red Soxes game two episodes ago. I can't think the exact number
of days he said.
