I guess there's going to be Jim/Pam tension next season since he didn't propose and she's leaving for 3 months (although, how will she still have her job when she gets back?). I'm with you, Synn - they should just get it over with already -- this will it won't it is leading down predictable sit-com romance road and that's not a pretty place.

I liked her on The Office. This would be interesting since it wouldn't take away any current cast members. I was sort of hoping we could keep all of the cast members and just see more of some of them (like in the webisodes) in the new show, but that was just silliness, I guess! I thought she did a great job as Karen and I actually wanted her to stick around so I would be pro this idea (although, I have to say, it will be a little weird to believe another office is being documented with hilarious and quirky results).
