That's what this is! It's the plan of the writers to make us like Chuck. First off Chuck has been there for Serena actually trying to help her and second off it seems he accepts Eric completely and is being there for him. Trying to be a good brother. All of this because of Georgina! I think it was Bronzer who mentioned the hit and run. I have been thinking the same thing! I teared up during the convo between Lily and Eric. I loved the scene with Rufus and Lily with her in the wedding dress and him in the mirror behind her. I totally teared up at the Lily and Eric scene and I work with two of the least emotional people on the planet so they would've had a good laugh if they had seen me! lol It was a shock to Lilly and she quickly rebounded. I think we've seen such character growth from everyone on this show. It's been awesome. I knew Jenny would fall and let's hope this painful lesson will stick with her. I don't think it was a hit and run. Georgina remarks about the heavy petting and then what comes after will send him running. We hear Serena sounding really messed up on that video and talking about it being hot and seeming to try and move or leave (or at least it seemed that way to me). Maybe things got out of control with some guy? If so I would bet Georgina had a big hand it. I really hope Blair sticks by Serena and they find a way to help her get through this. I have really become attached to these people.

Posts: 7213 05/13/08 6:51 AM	Good God, Georgina scares the bejeezus outta me! That girl is loco! I liked this ep quite a bit. But I was really disappointed in the even that made Serena feel guilty. On the one hand, I understand her feelings of guilt with respect to the fact that she was present when he did that line. But while she didn't stay by his side, she did make sure 911 was contacted. I don't know...I just wasn't enough of a reason for her to go to boarding school for a year. And if this guilt has been weighing on her, why did she decide to come back? If Eric's suicide attempt didn't do it, I don't know what would have. Poor Dan, getting caught up in this mess and entirely clueless. Poor immature man! You might not realize it yet, but you're trying to get back at Serena for "cheating" on you by "cheating" on her. I used the quotes, because Serena didn't cheat on him, and since he broke up with her (or that's what it seems like), he's technically not cheating on Serena. I like Vanessa and Nate. They seem to really dig each other. I just wish V had kept her mouth shut so we could have seen Queen B and Chuck kick her ass all the way back to the Alps of Switzerland. Actually Georgina's video exonerated her of any crime. I don't understand why Serena just doesn't tell Dan about her past with Georgina, instead she would rather him think she cheated on him with three other guys, than tell the truth.

I felt bad for Dan but his response is typical teen. Nate and Vanessa are a good couple because I find them both to be a little boring so they can share the boringness. lol! They way they were talking about the future...I pictured them a decade later and married, and both of them having affairs because they're both that self-involved. Unfortunately, this is really going to hurt Blair. I think we'll see more bitch and more vulnerability in her. Good for Jenny for the Parsons internship. It's not going to be easy working for Eleanor Waldorf, but I think her talent will be noticed. But I think Jenny's going to have to eat a healthy filling of humble pie.
