Jack's decision to put a plan in action in order to set things right on the island is met with some strong resistance by those close to him. Locke assigns Ben a difficult task. ~*I am so heartbroken about Juliet. That is all I can say. James broke my heart as Juliet let go. He truly loved her with all his
heart. Now we are stuck with it being once again all about Kate. I really am starting to hate Kate.

Oh I hate Kate. Sawyer broke my heart also. I think he knew he loved Juliette but Kate's manly shoulders kept him wondering and now it's just too late.
But I hope Juliette realized how much he loved her. And then Jack. He's doing all this because he lost Kate? Is she what...chocolate flavored or something?
Does she have crack dust in her hair? Now as to John, I guess he is really dead. So now I have to wonder has the man who was with Jacob at the beginning of the
show been impersonating all of the dead people we've been seeing in an effort to find someone who could actually kill Jacob. And why? Maybe this person
can't really "leave" the island unless Jacob is dead? ROSE AND BERNARD! How I've missed you! And they were so great with their entire
attitude about all the drama Kate, Sawyer and Jack seem to be in all of the time. So next season is 2012?

I am thinking that somehow the man who was speaking with Jacob at the beginning and Locke are inhabited by the same spirit or Smokey or something. It still leaves us with the question of who or what Jacob and this Mystery Guy is. Alpert said that Jacob made him the way he is so somehow Jacob is superior to Alpert. Is Jacob and Other Guy the embodiment of good and evil somehow? Jacob kept telling those he came in contact with that they had a choice they could make, perhaps he represents Free Will or the Potential of Choosing Destiny. Mystery Guy who Jacob did not refer to by name had a negative attitude toward the human potential to make the right choices and assumed that the pattern would be followed as he discussed for self-destruction. What a brutal battle between Jack and James/Sawyer/LeFleur. A lot of frustration came out all over Jack's face. What happens now that Juliett sets off the bomb? I guess we will see. I was thinking that was smokey as soon as I saw him, dressed all in black and he never actually left the island.

Very good theory tj. I hadn't considered the good/evil aspect but it is interesting that Smokey kills and Jacob heals. Oh hey I made a rhyme!

~*It was just a thought. At this point maybe Maxx and I are the skeletons in the cave. I agree about the dude at the begining
being smokey. This is so interesting. Locke really being dead is interesting. I knew that Ben would kill Jacob because he is who he is and Jacob had not
picked him as his chosen one. Ben is a little man who wants to be important.
I guess if you are a blonde on LOST and I become your fan you are doomed. Juliet lived longer than most but still she ended up dying.

I'm so mad about Juliet. First Claire, now her. Synn, we have the same curse. Why not kill Sayid, or Miles, or Jack or Kate??? Boo!
But who knows... maybe she will be back next season. I thought that the guy at the beginning was the Smoke monster too. I've been thinking that maybe Locke was not really Locke for a few episodes now. I'm glad that he's really dead! For once they killed the right person. Very nice to see Rose and Bernard. I wonder what will become of them, and everyone. Also when they said "we're retired" I thought that they meant that they were retired from Dharma, that's why they didn't want to join them at the barracks. But then I realized that they meant they didn't want the drama. I also kind of thought that maybe they weren't really Rose and Bernard, maybe they were the smoke monster mystery person. They seemed a little bit off... I wonder who the people from the new crash really are? How do they know what lies in the shadow of the statue? Does anyone know the translation of what Richard said? |

It will be interesting to see what affects the bomb will have. Will it erase what has happend and prevent the crash we will have to see I suppose but somehow I
don't think that is what happens, it might just jar the wheel lose and start the time skips.

I love all of these theories! ;-) Sooo much fun to speculate. I too think that Jacob and 'other dude' are possibly embodiments of good and evil, god
and satan and / or ying and yang. I find it interesting that they named Jacob - well Jacob and the first letter the same as Jesus. But it makes my head hurt a
little to ponder this one part anymore. LOL!
I do like the theory that the skeletons in the cave will possibly turn out to be Rose and Bernhard. And who knew Sawyer would turn out to be such a HERO! I mean I loved him as a scoundrel, but adore him as the hero. Who needs Jack after all that? LOL! I don't see how the bomb going off can prevent all of that, but then I have no PhD in time travel - and if it does correct that plane situation and they never crash, then how sad is all that? Come on - they have to crash, but maybe this time they all get rescued AFTER they meet each other. Again it's mind boggling to think about. ;-) And Locke being dead . . . . makes sense. Especially since Locke was starting to act a little loopy there, so I'm glad we know it's not really him. I can't wait until next year. I guess by stating that the final season happens in 2010, means we only get half a season again. Oh well. Better than nothing I guess. ;-) |

 I know Sawyer being a
hero is great!
I have to say even though I love Jin and Sun the best couple ever on this show was Juliet and Sawyer. I am going to miss them so much. Sawyer was not all puppy dog with her the way that Jack and he are with Kate. His was a grown up real love. It was so refreshing. I hope that in the end Juleit realized that Sawyer truly loved her.

Welcome Charmed, it is a little sad to think that we only have one more season. I kinda liked Claire and Charlie until Dark Charlie and the whole hoodie period
for him. Kate, Sawyer and Jack have been a mixed up threesome and now if Juliett is gone and I am not sure she is, we are are back to those three again.
